Titus started with us as a Sous Chef at Granville Inn, but his skills in the kitchen were just the tip of the iceberg so to speak. Titus is a champion carver who creates stunning works of art out of everything from ice to melons. If you can cut it, he can carve it. In his time at Columbus Hospitality Management, he has also worked with the team at Nationwide Hotel and Conference Center, and now a Cook at DoubleTree by Hilton Newark, Ohio. Titus continues to excel in his field and to focus on the guest experience. The way he approaches his role in our organization is by always having the same goal in mind – to create experiences that not only satisfy our guests, but also impress them.
