As a graduate of our Future Leaders program, Karan Arora was able to get hands-on internal business operational experience from the executive team. And with that kind of one-on-one training, it’s no wonder that after three years with us, he’s the Operations Support Manager. Karan has been touched by opportunities to give back to the community by volunteering at the Mid-Ohio Food Bank as well as touching the lives of the guests he meets during their stay with us. Having been trained at every level of the hospitality industry by Columbus Hospitality Management, he’s able to ensure 100 percent client or guest satisfaction.
